Ingredients

1/2 medium
red cabbage, chopped
1
spring onion, diced
1
apple, cut in chunks
1/2 c
pecans, chopped
1/2 c
coconut
1 pkg
vegetable dip mix
any vinagarette dressing (raspberry is nice)

How to Make RED CABBAGE SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together, EXCEPT dip mix, mayo, and dressing. Set aside
  • 2Mix the dip mix, mayo, and vinagarette dressing to taste. Add enough to think the dip.
  • 3Mix with cabbage.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4Set aside and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
