Ingredients
- 1/2 medium red cabbage, chopped
- 1 - spring onion, diced
- 1 - apple, cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 package vegetable dip mix
- - any vinagarette dressing (raspberry is nice)
How To Make red cabbage salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients together, EXCEPT dip mix, mayo, and dressing. Set aside

Step 2Mix the dip mix, mayo, and vinagarette dressing to taste. Add enough to think the dip.

Step 3Mix with cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Set aside and let sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
