I love this recipe. Easy to remember and easy to change to your liking. I eat one cup of this on a bed of baby greens.

Ingredients
- - all organic
- 4 cups quinoa, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 large cucumber, diced
- 1/2 pint grape or other small tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup kalamata (greek) olives, quartered
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled or diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced very fine
- 2 tablespoons bragg's olive oil
- 2 tablespoons bragg's apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped fine
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Mix all the above ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Allow to "marry" overnight.
