This is a Lebanese salad. I subscribe to a Mediterrean UTube site and found this recipe,I LOVE salads and this looked so good,I decided to try it today.YUM,was it tasty!! I ordered the Sumac spices online, but it can be omitted,it's a combination of many spices and has a lemony flavor. This was very good but next time I think I will omit the mint, not a fan of it,but if you like it,go for it.
