This is the way I have come with to used Edamame. I love Edamame-Soybeans. Soy beans clean up your Whole systems.

Ingredients

  • - edamame
  • 1/4 teaspoon iodized-salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 - corn on the cob, cut off
  • 2 - egg, hard boiled
  • 2 - cucumber
  • 1 can black beans, canned
  • 3 slices american cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salad dressing-ranch -low fat
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 3 medium tomatoes

How To Make edamame salad

  • Step 1
    Blanch Edamame in the Microwave about 3 minutes. Shell the Edamame. Put in a bowl mix in olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Boil eggs with a tablespoon of salt for 3 minutes after water start to boil. Run cold water over eggs and Shell when done. Dice and add to bowl.
  • Step 3
    Boil corn on cob then cut off cob when corn is cook. Put in bowl.
  • Step 4
    Drain Black Beans. mix in first bowl.
  • Step 5
    Let what in the bowl cool while getting everything else ready.
  • Step 6
    Dice celery, dice cucumber(can be peel or not),Cut the cheese into 1 inch square and ranch dressing. Put in a bowl until ready to mix in first bowl.
  • Step 7
    Mix the two bowls together. Could put in Refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy
