- 1 - carrot, shredded
- 3 - slices ham
- 1 - tortilla
- 2 tablespoons garlic flavored humis
How To Make veggie salad

Step 1Bake tortilla in dry sm. cast iron skillet for approx. 12 min. At 400 F. When thoroughly browned for breaking into chips.

Step 2Place lettuce onto plate. Shred carrot, slice peppers in half removing seeds & white pulp, add. Humis into center. Julienne cut ham and place broken chips around sides and begin eating.
