Ingredients For veggie salad

  • 4 sm
    bell peppers
  • 5 bunch
    butter lettuce leaves
  • 1
    carrot, shredded
  • 3
    slices ham
  • 1
    tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic flavored humis

How To Make veggie salad

  • 1
    Bake tortilla in dry sm. cast iron skillet for approx. 12 min. At 400 F. When thoroughly browned for breaking into chips.

    Place lettuce onto plate. Shred carrot, slice peppers in half removing seeds & white pulp, add. Humis into center. Julienne cut ham and place broken chips around sides and begin eating.
