bell peppers
5 bunch
butter lettuce leaves

carrot, shredded

slices ham

tortilla
2 Tbsp
garlic flavored humis

How to Make Veggie Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Bake tortilla in dry sm. cast iron skillet for approx. 12 min. At 400 F. When thoroughly browned for breaking into chips.
  • 2Place lettuce onto plate. Shred carrot, slice peppers in half removing seeds & white pulp, add. Humis into center. Julienne cut ham and place broken chips around sides and begin eating.
