Ingredients For my everyday, anytime salad

  • 3 Tbsp
    italian herb salad dressing
  • 1/4 sprig
    bunch of cilantro, fresh
  • handful of mushrooms, sliced
  • handful of lettuce leaves
  • 1
    shredded carrot

How To Make my everyday, anytime salad

    Place lettuce and sliced mushrooms onto plate. Then top with shredded carrot. Place cilantro dressing in center. For gathering into ea. bite. (I make my own with just a bit of salsa, cilantro chopped finely, and Italian herb Dressing. Its a great way to avoid the cilantro to go bad before using it.)

    Slice an orange thinly to place on sides of salad. And wa-laa you have a nutrious, low calorie, flavorful and delicious salad.
