1Place lettuce and sliced mushrooms onto plate. Then top with shredded carrot. Place cilantro dressing in center. For gathering into ea. bite. (I make my own with just a bit of salsa, cilantro chopped finely, and Italian herb Dressing. Its a great way to avoid the cilantro to go bad before using it.)
2Slice an orange thinly to place on sides of salad. And wa-laa you have a nutrious, low calorie, flavorful and delicious salad.
