Ingredients

6 cchopped lettuce

1 box(10 oz.) thawed frozen peas

1 mediumred or purple onion, chopped fine
-
½ cdried cranberries
-
3 mediumhard boiled eggs, sliced

2 cmayonnaise
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
5 slicebacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
-
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
½ csliced almonds
How to Make LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD
- Mix the mayo and the sugar together in a small bowl.
- Layer everything in the order of the ingredients in a trifle bowl or in a 9x13" casserole dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
