Ingredients

  • 6 c
    chopped fresh broccoli florets
  • 1
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    low-fat, plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    shelled sunflower seeds
  • 5
    strips bacon, cooked, crumbled

How to Make Layered garden broccoli salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg glass serving bowl, ;ayer the broccoli, onion, and cranberries. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and vinegar.
  2. Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinkle salad w/ cheese, sunflower seeds and bacon.
