Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 - red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat, plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 5 - strips bacon, cooked, crumbled

How To Make layered garden broccoli salad

  • Step 1
    In lg glass serving bowl, ;ayer the broccoli, onion, and cranberries. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and vinegar.
  • Step 2
    Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinkle salad w/ cheese, sunflower seeds and bacon.
