- 4 cups baby spinach
- 3 cups bibb or butter lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, your choice
- 2 cups chopped granny smith apples
- 1 cup honeydew and cantaloupe
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
How To Make healthy me salad

Step 1Combine all ingredients except for melons and Cin large serving bowl.

Step 2Chill 4 hours. Add melon when ready to serve. Use dressing of your choice or not.

Step 3I add one cup of diced onion to mines. Use a mild onion. Bad breath but so good for you.
