Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby purple cabbage
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cups bibb or butter lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, your choice
  • 2 cups chopped granny smith apples
  • 1 cup honeydew and cantaloupe
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed

How To Make healthy me salad

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except for melons and Cin large serving bowl.
  • Step 2
    Chill 4 hours. Add melon when ready to serve. Use dressing of your choice or not.
  • Step 3
    I add one cup of diced onion to mines. Use a mild onion. Bad breath but so good for you.
