I added a bit of protein w/ a few thin slices of rotisserie chicken to my favorite low-calorie Healthy Salad. So Satisfying & Nutritious!

- - lettuce leaves
- - sm. amt. of trek mix
- 2 - strawberries, fresh
- 1 tablespoon italian herb salad dressing
How To Make fresh nutty salad w/ strawberries

Step 1tear off leaves of lettuce, slice thin slices of fresh strawberries, scatter Omega Trek Mix w/ Omega Fortified Cranberries. (bought mine from TRADER JOE'S but can be found at many Stores offering the V symbol) (consists of walnuts, almonds, pecans, brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, & raisins).

Step 2Use Italian Herb Dressing sparingly as this salad is packed with naturally delicious flavors. Full of energy packed nutrients. Enjoy yourself while not risking additional pounds.
