- 1 large cantaloupe
- 1 glass white wine
- pinch powdered ginger
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- peprika to taste
How To Make cantaloup salad

Step 1peel the cantaloup and cut the flesh into small cubes. Put into a bowl, add ginger and a shake paprika. Mix the wine and vineger together and pour it over the cantaloup. refrigerate till cold then serve
