berry almond chicken salad
This is definitely one of my husbands favorite salads. We first tried it at Wendy's. I have made this salad a number of times, now I would like to share it with you. Please give this salad a try for a real summer treat. The ingredients are up to you on how much for each plate to use. The amounts I have given are approximate only for each salad plate. Enjoy

Ingredients
- - use your own judgement on amounts. depends on the number of salad plates you are making.
- - chicken breasts or thighs cooked and cut into large chunks
- - blueberries
- - strawberries
- - asiago cheese grated
- - almonds blanched, toasted
- - store bought raspberry dressing
- - mixed field greens
How To Make berry almond chicken salad

Step 1On individual salad plates place a couple of handfuls of field greens

Step 2Add to each plate 1/2 cup of cooked chicken cut into large chunks

Step 3Add to each plate 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup of halved strawberries

Step 4Sprinkle 1/8 cup toasted almonds or to taste

Step 5Sprinkle Asiago grated cheese over each salad plate or to taste

Step 6Add the Raspberry dressing

Step 7These amounts are approximate only for each individual plate
