Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 - 1 oz pkg dry onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 8 ounces bow tie pasta
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 - roma tometoes, diced
- 1 - carrot, shredded
- 6 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 1 - 11 oz can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup toasted, sliced almonds
How To Make asian chicken pasta salad

Step 1In bowl, whisk together ginger, vinegar, orange juice, olive oil, sesame oil, soup mix, sugar and garlic.

Step 2Cook pasta as directed, drain, cool. In another bowl, toss together red bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, carrot, spinach, oranges, chicken and almonds.

Step 3Add cold pasta to mix. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to coat.
