This potato salad is good with a few drops of tabasco sauce.

new red potatoes
finely chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make
Combine all dressing ingredients.
Stir in the chopped green onions. Slice potatoes (leave skins on) about 1/4 inch thick.
Place in a large bowl and fold in the dressing.
Best made the day before so the flavors have a chance to mingle.
