- 2 pounds new red potatoes
- 5 - finely chopped green onions
- DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dill
How To Make new potato salad

Step 1Cook potatoes.

Step 2Combine all dressing ingredients.

Step 3Stir in the chopped green onions. Slice potatoes (leave skins on) about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 4Place in a large bowl and fold in the dressing.

Step 5Serve chilled.

Step 6Best made the day before so the flavors have a chance to mingle.
