I've made a lot of potato salad in my day but this one is the best and a winner every time. Can be doubled for a large crowd. If you'd rather peel potatoes after boiling that's fine.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds yucon gold potatoes, peeled
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 large hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 11/2 cups mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 stalks celery minced
- 6 - scallions, minced
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
How To Make all american best old fashioned potato salad

Step 1Cut up peeled potatoes and boil 10-15 minutes or til done. Cool slightly.

Step 2Peel and chop eggs roughly. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the chopped egg.

Step 3Mix the cooled potatoes into the egg mayo mixture and gently mix. Cool before serving to blend flavors.
