Everyone's favorite Italian spiral salad
216 oz packages-multi-colored spiral pasta
1 mediumbunch, fresh broccoli florets
1 lhead, cauliflower, cut into florets
2 cquartered cherry tomatoes
1 cgrated parmesan cheese, i used soy
6 largegreen onions, cleaned, chopped
1/2 cchopped green bell pepper
110 oz bag, frozen peas & carrots, thawed
216 oz bottles ken's lite creamy italian-peppercorn dressing
How to Make Everyone's favorite Italian spiral salad
- Cook pasta until done, drain & rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, thawed peas & carrots and green bell pepper.
- With a large spoon, stir gently. Add cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese & green onions. Add cooled pasta and
gently stir in both bottles of dressing.
- Make sure to stir well so that all ingredients get some of the dressing. Cover well and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
