I love cooked salad shrimp in a cold salad! All of the ingredients make for a Superb and Tasty Summer Salad! I made a Double Batch, but feel free to make a smaller serving.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces pasta shells-cooked
  • 12 ounces bag of precooked frozen salad shrimp-thawed
  • 12 ounces bag green peas-thawed
  • 1 medium red bell pepper-chopped
  • 1 medium red onion -diced
  • 2 stalks celery ribs-chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dill

How To Make creamy shrimp and pasta salad with dill

  • Step 1
    Cook shell pasta until al dente'. Drain and rinse with cold water, set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a Large Bowl, combined Shrimp, Peas, Red Bell Pepper, Celery, and Red Onion. Add Pasta back.
  • Step 3
    In another Bowl, Whisk together Mayo, Sour Cream, sugar, and Lemon Juice. Pour Dressing. Sprinkle over dill. Cover 3 Hours or more, then serve and Enjoy!
