I love cooked salad shrimp in a cold salad! All of the ingredients make for a Superb and Tasty Summer Salad! I made a Double Batch, but feel free to make a smaller serving.

Ingredients For creamy shrimp and pasta salad with dill

  • 16 oz
    pasta shells-cooked
  • 12 oz
    bag of precooked frozen salad shrimp-thawed
  • 12 oz
    bag green peas-thawed
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper-chopped
  • 1 md
    red onion -diced
  • 2 stalk
    celery ribs-chopped
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • dill

How To Make creamy shrimp and pasta salad with dill

    Cook shell pasta until al dente'. Drain and rinse with cold water, set aside.

    In a Large Bowl, combined Shrimp, Peas, Red Bell Pepper, Celery, and Red Onion. Add Pasta back.

    In another Bowl, Whisk together Mayo, Sour Cream, sugar, and Lemon Juice. Pour Dressing. Sprinkle over dill. Cover 3 Hours or more, then serve and Enjoy!
