Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into julienne strips
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 - green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 cups cooked fine egg noodles, chilled
- 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
How To Make crab and noodle salad

Step 1Saute sweet red pepper in sesame oil in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Add green onions, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper, and saute 1 minute.

Step 2Combine chilled noodles, red pepper mixture, lettuce, and crabmeat in a large salad bowl; toss gently.

Step 3Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk. Pour the dressing over the noodle mixture; toss gently to combine. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Toss again just before serving.
