This is a different twist to macaroni salad that is delicious and a smart way to use up that left-over corned beef from St Patrick's Day.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups corned beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/8 cup onions, chopped (optional)
How To Make corned beef and macaroni salad

Step 1Cut beef into small cubes.

Step 2Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 3In a medium size bowl combine mayonnaise, relish, beef, vegetables, and salt and pepper. Chill and serve.
