This is a great summer salad for any BBQ or picnic.

Ingredients For chef's style pasta salad

8 ozfarfalle pasta

1 Tbspolive oil

1 cdiced deli ham
-
1 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

1 lgtomato, diced
-
1/4 cchopped fresh parsley
-
6 ozorganic, mixed greens

2hard cooked eggs, finely chopped.

pincheach salt and pepper
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
2 Tbspcider vinegar
-
1 Tbsplight brown sugar
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 colive oil
How To Make chef's style pasta salad

1Cook pasta as directed, drain. Place in bowl, toss w/ 1 tbsp oil. In another bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and salt. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup oil.

2Add the dressing to pasta, toss to coat evenly. Add ham, cheese, tomato, pasrley and mixed greens.

3Toss all ingredients gently to coat. Transfer to lg serving bowl. Sprinkle w/ chopped eggs. Season w/ salt and pepper.
