Ingredients
- 8 ounces farfalle pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup diced deli ham
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 6 ounces organic, mixed greens
- 2 - hard cooked eggs, finely chopped.
- pinch each salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
How To Make chef's style pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta as directed, drain. Place in bowl, toss w/ 1 tbsp oil. In another bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and salt. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup oil.

Step 2Add the dressing to pasta, toss to coat evenly. Add ham, cheese, tomato, pasrley and mixed greens.

Step 3Toss all ingredients gently to coat. Transfer to lg serving bowl. Sprinkle w/ chopped eggs. Season w/ salt and pepper.
