Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground himalayan sea salt
- SALAD
- 4-5 large leaves kale, washed and drained
- 1 large carrot, peeled
- 1 medium grapefruit, peeled, pith removed and segmented
- 1 large mandarin, peeled, pith removed and segmented
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled, pith removed and segmented
- 1 large kiwi fruit, skin removed and wedged
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
How To Make winter citrus salad

Step 1To make the dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended. Transfer to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 2Place all the ingredients on a plate in order; drizzle dressing over sprinkle toasted slivered almonds. Serve 2
