Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1
    granny smith apple, sliced thin
  • 1
    12-oz package broccoli slaw (typically broccoli, carrots & red cabbage)
  • 1/2 c
    toasted pecans or walnuts
  • 1/3 c
    dried cranberries

How to Make Sweet & Sour Broccoli Slaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together the oil, vinegar and sugar until well-blended. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw and sliced apples. Pour the vinegar dressing over the slaw and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. Add nuts & dried cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
