- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 granny smith apple, sliced thin
- 1 12-oz package broccoli slaw (typically broccoli, carrots & red cabbage)
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans or walnuts
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
How To Make sweet & sour broccoli slaw

Step 1Mix together the oil, vinegar and sugar until well-blended. Set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw and sliced apples. Pour the vinegar dressing over the slaw and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. Add nuts & dried cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
