We LOVE this. The taste is almost refreshing. Not one person has ever said they don't like it! Even though it makes a lot for a small household, it goes pretty fast because it's low in calories, high in fiber.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds packaged coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup splenda blend (the one that's half sugar)
How To Make sweet low sugar coleslaw

Step 1Put the coleslaw mix in a large bowl with lid. (I use an 8 quart bowl.)

Step 2In small saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, celery seed, dry mustard, salt & Splenda Blend and bring to a boil.

Step 3Pour the hot liquid over the coleslaw mix.

Step 4Put the lid on the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
