shrimp pasta salad

I wanted shrimp salad for lunch when my husband reminded me I had some Mini fusilli pasta left in the frig from dinner the other night and I had several left over chopped veggies in the frig also, this is what I came up with, I kep it low fat but you could use the full fat version of the same ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked salad shrimp
  • 3 cups cooked mini fusilli pasta
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped brocolli flowerets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon bacon salt
  • pinch ground celery seed
  • pinch course ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup zesty fat free italian dressing
  • 3/4 cup fat free mayo

How To Make shrimp pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients and serve over a bed of lettuce.
