- 4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 large jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 large ripe avocado, diced
How To Make repello (nicaraguan cabbage slaw)

Step 1Place the sliced cabbage in a large bowl. Add lime juice and salt; toss to coat.

Step 2Add diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapenos and mix.

Step 3Gently fold in diced avocados. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
