This is another Russian dish. (Rediska v Smetaniye) Easy, quick and simple. One of my favorites. If you don't like sour cream, you can use Greek Yogurt. My mother always had a supply of sour cream, cream cheese, green onions. tomatoes and radishes in the house. I can't count the recipes she made with those simple ingredients.

Ingredients

2 - bunches of radishs, washed and cleaned..save the tops for rasdish soup
1/2 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
- a pinch of sugar or salt

How To Make radishes with sour cream

Step 1

Slice the radishes juliene style. Add a pinch of salt or sugar (my mom like the sugar). Set in refig. Just before serving add the sour cream. Mix to incorporate. Serve immediately.
