Cool, refreshing, crunchy, creamy, nutty and healthy. This revision of a classic Waldorf salad has it all. Makes an excellent side or lite snack or lunch.

  • 1/2 c
    toasted and chopped pecans
  • 5.3 oz
    plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    fresh red seedless grapes halfed
  • 1 c
    crisp sweet apple chopped
  • 1/4 c
    celery thinly sliced and chopped
  • 1 c
    quinoa, cooked & cooled

How to Make Quinoa Waldorf Salad


  1. Toast pecans for 5-8 min at 350 (note: when you get a slight smell of nuttiness they are ready) then chop
  2. In a medium bowl mix yougert, lemon juice, honey, grapes, apple, and celery
  3. Incorporate with cooked quiona. Chill for at least an hour, ENJOY!!!
