Ingredients
- 1/2 cup toasted and chopped pecans
- 5.3 ounces plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh red seedless grapes halfed
- 1 cup crisp sweet apple chopped
- 1/4 cup celery thinly sliced and chopped
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked & cooled
How To Make quinoa waldorf salad

Step 1Toast pecans for 5-8 min at 350 (note: when you get a slight smell of nuttiness they are ready) then chop

Step 2In a medium bowl mix yougert, lemon juice, honey, grapes, apple, and celery

Step 3Incorporate with cooked quiona. Chill for at least an hour, ENJOY!!!
