Just made this up based on all the things I love. They work well together -- I think. Certainly not low fat - but all the right kinds of fats. Tastes really good too!

Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados diced
- 1/2 medium red onion diced
- 1/4 cup kalamata (greek) olives diced
- 1/4 cup green olives diced
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1/4 cup italian parsley finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6-8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 1 package romaine lettuce chopped
- - sun dried tomato dressing - to taste
- - salt and pepper
How To Make mediterranean salad

Step 1Dice avocado, salt and pepper to taste, then coat in lemon juice -- add to bowl

Step 2dice tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, then add to bowl

Step 3chop remaining ingredients and add to bowl

Step 4add in sun-dried tomato dressing (could use balsamic dressing) and toss

Step 5serve immediately
