Ingredients
- 2 cans drained mandarin oranges
- 12 small sweet peppers
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 1 small bag of baby carrots chopped
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 bag salad mix, any type
- 1/2 bottle vidalia salad dressing
- 1/2 cup cheese shreds, any type
How To Make mandarin orange salad

Step 1Gently toss together all ingredients except for the oranges and cheese. Mix the dressing to coat well.

Step 2Just before serving, add in the Mandarin oranges, stirring very gently.

Step 3Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
