Ingredients
- 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 cans your choice 15 oz beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 ounces can corn, drained
- 2 cups celery, chopped or thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
How To Make low low fat bean salad

Step 1Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add cumin and garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add to small bowl and then add the salt, pepper, cilantro, lime and mix well.

Step 2In a large bowl dump drained beans, corn, celery and onion. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let sit overnight or several hours to blend flavors.
