My husband was served a corn salad as a side dish at a restaurant in Kona, Hawaii. He quickly decided he was going to re-create this at home. He nailed it, even better than the restaurant! It has so many flavors and has a tropical touch!

Ingredients
- 3 - corn on the cobs
- 1 - maui sweet onion, diced
- 1 - red pepper, diced
- 1 small canned pineapple, diced
- - teriyaki sauce
- - steak seasoning, to taste
- - chili powder, to taste
- 1 - avocado, diced
- - cilantro, fresh
How To Make johnny's aloha corn salad

Step 1Slice corn off cobs. No pre cooking needed!

Step 2Place corn, diced onion, red pepper, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, steak seasoning, chili powder in a pan on BBQ or stove.

Step 3When vegetables are cooked, remove from heat and add diced avocado and as much cilantro as you like. Serve.
