I love this with fried fish and french fries or mac & cheese...you can adjust the amounts according to how many servings you need...and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding or subtracting the sugar...each serving of slaw requires about 1/3 cup of the hot liquid mixture, so build accordingly. This recipe came from a restaurant called Lake Nina in Cincinnati...it is very popular served with Fried Fish Log (cod) fried potatoes and rye bread & butter...it is delicious!!
