I love a great ... easy ... salad that's healthy. And I love Ina Garten on the Food Network. This recipe is the perfect combination of the two .

Ingredients
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 - yellow pepper, seeded and 1/2" diced
- 1 can (15oz) black beens, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded (2 peppers for a real kick)
- `1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup lime juice (fresh) (2 limes)
- 1/4 cup good olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 large avocados (seeded, peeled, 1/2" dice
How To Make guacamole salad

Step 1Place the tomatoes, yellow pepper, black beans, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and lime zest in a large bowl.

Step 2Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Pour over vegetables. Toss well.

Step 3Just before serving, fold the avodados into the salad. Serves well at room temperature
