greek cabbage salad
This is not a coleslaw. I found this in a church cookbook and it gives you something to do with cabbage besides making a coleslaw. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 cloves cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons dillweed
- 1/2 pound feta cheese,crumbled
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1/4 --1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make greek cabbage salad

Step 1Toss cabbage, garlic, dillweed, and feta. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add enough oil just to coat ingredients [to make it look greasy but not soupy] Chill several hours.
