- 1/2 cup corn kernels, frozen, thawed or canned
- 3/4 ounce low-fat cheese
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
