  • 6 medium
    tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 c
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried oregano
  • ·
    boston lettuce leaves

How to Make Feta Cheese and Tomato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cheese, onions, oil, garlic and oregano.
  2. Toss gently and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Spoon the salad onto a bed of lettuce leaves.
  4. Serve with a good crusty bread.
