  • 6 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • - boston lettuce leaves

How To Make feta cheese and tomato salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cheese, onions, oil, garlic and oregano.
  • Step 2
    Toss gently and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Spoon the salad onto a bed of lettuce leaves.
  • Step 4
    Serve with a good crusty bread.
