Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 can cubed or julienne pickled beets, drained
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 small paper sliced red onion , rings separated
  • 1/2 can pineapple tibbits drained
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup cider viengar
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped pickled jalopeno pepper
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

How To Make dracula's cold slaw

  • Step 1
    Combine Honey, vinegar, spices, garlic and Jalepeno peppers. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir well and set to the side
  • Step 2
    combine all remaining ingredients
  • Step 3
    toss honey viengar dressing with slaw and let marinate for 10 minutes before serving
