Ingredients For dracula's cold slaw

  • 6 c
    shredded red cabbage
  • 1 can
    cubed or julienne pickled beets, drained
  • 1 c
    slivered almonds
  • 1 sm
    paper sliced red onion , rings separated
  • 1/2 can
    pineapple tibbits drained
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    cider viengar
  • 2 tsp
    finely chopped pickled jalopeno pepper
  • dash
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt

How To Make dracula's cold slaw

  • 1
    Combine Honey, vinegar, spices, garlic and Jalepeno peppers. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir well and set to the side

    combine all remaining ingredients

    toss honey viengar dressing with slaw and let marinate for 10 minutes before serving
