- 1 cup red sweet pepper strips
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

Step 1In a large bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add cucumbers, radishes, sweetpepper strips, and green onion, toss gently to coat. Chill up to two hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
