  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon bkack pepper
  • 4 cups thinly sliced english cucumber
  • 2 cups thinly sliced trimmed radishes
  • 1 cup red sweet pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

How To Make cucumber-radish slaw

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add cucumbers, radishes, sweetpepper strips, and green onion, toss gently to coat. Chill up to two hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
