cranberry coleslaw

The cabbage and the cranberries are a great boost of vitamin c, and the berries give the slaw a great tart sweetness. I can normally take or leave coleslaw, but this one I eat by the bowl!

Ingredients For cranberry coleslaw

  • 1/2 lg
    cabbage head
  • 1/2 c
    nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    cranberries, dried

How To Make cranberry coleslaw

    Slice cabbage into shreds

    Make dressing by combining mayo, honey and vinegar.

    Combine cabbage and cranberries in a large bowl, coat well with dressing.
