Cranberry Coleslaw

The cabbage and the cranberries are a great boost of vitamin c, and the berries give the slaw a great tart sweetness. I can normally take or leave coleslaw, but this one I eat by the bowl!

  • 1/2 large
    cabbage head
  • 1/2 c
    nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    cranberries, dried

How to Make Cranberry Coleslaw


  1. Slice cabbage into shreds
  2. Make dressing by combining mayo, honey and vinegar.
  3. Combine cabbage and cranberries in a large bowl, coat well with dressing.
  4. Keep refrigerated
