1/3 cfresh cilantro leaves

4mini sweet bell peppers, thinly diagonally sliced

1 largeshallot, thinly sliced

1jalapeno pepper, thinly diagonally sliced

12 ozjumbo lump crabmeat, shell pieces removed

2 1/2 Tbspmayonnaise

1 tsplime zest
-
1 Tbspfresh lime juice

2 lbheirloom tomatoes, sliced

1 1/2 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil

1/4 tspkosher salt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper, freshly ground

1/4 csmall fresh basil leaves
How to Make Crab and Heirloom Tomato Salad
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise, rind, and juice in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the crab mixture; toss gently to coat.
- Arrange the tomatoes on a serving platter. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Mound the crab mixture over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil leaves. Enjoy!
