Ingredients

  • 3 - tomatoes, beef steak
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, buffalo
  • 1 package basil, fresh
  • - balsamic vinegar
  • - olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make caprese salad

  • Step 1
    Slice Mozarella into thick slices.
  • Step 2
    Slice Tomatoes into thick slices
  • Step 3
    Wash and seperate Basil from stems.
  • Step 4
    When Plating, FIRST, Drizzle plate with olive oil, be generous. Next, the order is tomato, Mozzarella, Basil, place two rows in that order overlapping each other. When finished, drizzle side to side with basalmic glaze and ENJOY!
