Ingredients
- 3 - tomatoes, beef steak
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, buffalo
- 1 package basil, fresh
- - balsamic vinegar
- - olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make caprese salad

Step 1Slice Mozarella into thick slices.

Step 2Slice Tomatoes into thick slices

Step 3Wash and seperate Basil from stems.

Step 4When Plating, FIRST, Drizzle plate with olive oil, be generous. Next, the order is tomato, Mozzarella, Basil, place two rows in that order overlapping each other. When finished, drizzle side to side with basalmic glaze and ENJOY!
