Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh brussel sprouts, roughly choppd n rinsed
  • 1/8 cup purple onion, choppd
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/8 cup poppy seed dressing...i used olde cape cod (u can use more if desired)
  • - u can add cooked n crumbled bacon...optional

How To Make brussel sprout salad

  • Step 1
    ROUGHLY CHOP FRESH BRUSSEL SPROUTS N SLIGHTLY SEPERATE LEAVES...PUT IN COLANDER N GIVE A QUICK SHOWER THEN DRAIN...PUT INTO BOWL
  • Step 2
    ADD PURPLE ONION, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, DRIED CRANBERRIES N POPPY SEED DRESSING...MIX ;) (ADD BACON ... OPTIONAL)
  • Step 3
    REFRIGERATE FOR A FEW HOURS TO OVERNITE....LONGER THE BETTER ...ENJOY :)
