- 1/8 cup purple onion, choppd
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/8 cup poppy seed dressing...i used olde cape cod (u can use more if desired)
- - u can add cooked n crumbled bacon...optional

Step 1ROUGHLY CHOP FRESH BRUSSEL SPROUTS N SLIGHTLY SEPERATE LEAVES...PUT IN COLANDER N GIVE A QUICK SHOWER THEN DRAIN...PUT INTO BOWL

Step 2ADD PURPLE ONION, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, DRIED CRANBERRIES N POPPY SEED DRESSING...MIX ;) (ADD BACON ... OPTIONAL)
