  • 2 c
    fresh brussel sprouts, roughly choppd n rinsed
  • 1/8 c
    purple onion, choppd
  • 2 Tbsp
    sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c
    cranberries, dried
  • 1/8 c
    poppy seed dressing...i used olde cape cod (u can use more if desired)

    u can add cooked n crumbled bacon...optional

How to Make BRUSSEL SPROUT SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. ROUGHLY CHOP FRESH BRUSSEL SPROUTS N SLIGHTLY SEPERATE LEAVES...PUT IN COLANDER N GIVE A QUICK SHOWER THEN DRAIN...PUT INTO BOWL
  2. ADD PURPLE ONION, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, DRIED CRANBERRIES N POPPY SEED DRESSING...MIX ;) (ADD BACON ... OPTIONAL)
  3. REFRIGERATE FOR A FEW HOURS TO OVERNITE....LONGER THE BETTER ...ENJOY :)
