Ingredients For betty's tropical coleslaw

4 strips of bacon. trimmed and diced.

4 cups thinly sliced cabbage

1 large carrot, grated

2 celery stalks, sliced super fine

2/3 cup firmly packed, well drained pineapple pieces

3 green onions, thinly sliced

1/3 cup, your choice of coleslaw dressing

1/2 teaspoon celery salt
How To Make betty's tropical coleslaw

1Heat a non stick pan over a medium heat. Cook the bacon to your liking. Chop into smallish pieces and cool slightly.

2Place all the ingredients to a large bowl, stir well and serve.
