Ingredients

  • 1 large
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large
    red pepper, chopped
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped tomato
  • 1 c
    distilled white vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    celery seeds
  • 1 tsp
    tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried tarragon

How to Make BELL PEPPER RELISH

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a lrge saucepan . Boil over medium-high heat until mixture thickenes slightly, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
