- 1 cup distilled white vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a lrge saucepan . Boil over medium-high heat until mixture thickenes slightly, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
