Ingredients

  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large red pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

How To Make bell pepper relish

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a lrge saucepan . Boil over medium-high heat until mixture thickenes slightly, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
