We have some ingredients in the garden made this salad yesterday Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cup beet leaves (from garden)
  • 2 - beets (if any from garden)
  • 1 can chick peas
  • 1-2 - eggs,hard boiled
  • 1 - red onion
  • Any Amount - dressing (used italian)

How To Make beet & chick pea salad

  • Step 1
    Thin some beet leaves from Garden
  • Step 2
    Cut up beets, onion drain chickpeas and boil eggs let cool cut up
  • Step 3
    Prepare your dressing or use bottle kind
  • Step 4
    Mix all in bowl toss serve
