- 2 - beets (if any from garden)
- 1 can chick peas
- 1-2 - eggs,hard boiled
- 1 - red onion
- Any Amount - dressing (used italian)

Step 1Thin some beet leaves from Garden

Step 2Cut up beets, onion drain chickpeas and boil eggs let cool cut up

Step 3Prepare your dressing or use bottle kind
