  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate rubies
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper

How To Make avocado, feta & pomegranate salad

  • Step 1
    Chop avocados into cubes. Toss with lemon juice.
  • Step 2
    Cut feta into cubes.
  • Step 3
    Toss avocado, feta and pomegranate rubies together.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle over some black pepper.
  • Step 5
    Serve immediately.
