- - refried beans (no fat)
- - steak, cooked and chopped (could use ground beef) lean
- - lettuce, shredded
- - tomato, chopped
- - onion, diced
- - cheddar cheese, grated (2%)
- - black olives, sliced
- - sour cream (light) or salsa
How To Make tostado bagel

Step 1Slice bagel into three slices and lightly toast. Layer with refried beans, chopped, cooked steak, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and olives. Serve with sour cream or salsa.
