Ingredients
- SALAD
- 6 cups red leaf lettuce, torn into small pieces (packed cups)
- 2 cups romain lettuce, torn into small pieces (packed cups)
- 2 large oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced thinly
- 1/3 cup olives (whatever variety you prefer, make sure they're pitted)
- 1/2-3/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store bought brand or make following directions below)
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1FOR SALAD: Toss all ingredients together, dress with balsamic vinaigrette
